FLAX SEED CHUTNEY

Flax seed which is also known as Alsi in hindi, which is rich in omega 3 and also in dietary fiber. Flax seed are used in different ways, they are also good for our hairs. Flax seed are used in smoothie, milkshkaes etc. But today I am going to share with you a chutney recipe which is made of flax seed and is very delicious to eat.

INGREDIENTS:-

1) Flax seeds

2) Garlic

3) Dry red chillies

4) Salt

5) Oil

RECIPE:-

1) First dry roast the flax seed in a pan for 4-5mins

2) In a mixer grinder add roasted flax seed, garlic and dry red chillies along with salt as per your taste

3) Grind and you will get a powdery chutney

4) In a fry pan add oil, than add the prepared chutney and saute for 5-10 mins. 

5) Your chutney is ready to eat. Easy and simple with full of nutritents.
