Simple Baingan Chokha

Litti Choka very simple but one of the most delicious and mouth watering dish you will ever have. Litti Choka is very popular in allover India specially in Uttar pradesh. It is also served in Rajasthan but with a slight change .ie. in Rajasthan litti ( also known as bati) is served with dal and churma. 
Also litti can be made simple and also with sattu ( roasted chana powder or barley etc) stuffing. As we all know sattu is very good for our health. You can also make a drink from sattu.
Choka can be made with potato as well as baingan (brinjal) very easy to make.

Ingredients:-
1) Baingan (Brinjal)
2) 2 tomato
3) 2 potato
4) 10-2 garlic
5) Mustard oil ( any other oil can be fine)
6) salt to taste

Recipe:-
1) Wash brinjal and tomato and towel dry them.
2) Apply mustard oil to brinjal and tomato and roast them or you can just put them in pressure cooker( without applying oil).
3) Also boil the potato
4) Put the garlic pods in between the brinjal 
5) Once the roasting is done properly remove it and peel off the skin from the brinjal and tomato.

6) In a bowl add the brinjal,tomato and potato and mash them, to it add the  chopped onion, green chillies and coriander. put the salt at the serving time otherwise the water will come out.


 7) Your is read to eat. Add a little of lemon juice
