Leftover Chicken Mayo Sandwhich

 Everyone loves sandwiches, it is like one of the comfort food and we can never say no to Sandwich. All of us like different types of sandwiches, some may like with cheese, some without cheese. some people like their sandwiches with lots of vegetables to make it healthy. Many people like Non-veg sandwiches. So today I am going to share with you one of the non-veg sandwich recipe, which is easy to make, with less ingredients. 

Many times when we make chicken whether it is a curry dish or tandoori or fry chicken, sometimes we get some leftovers and we usually eat them the next day or throw them. So why not make some sandwiches using those leftover chicken.

Ingredients:-

1) 1 medium onion

2) 1 medium capsicum

3) mayonnaise

4) oil

5) salt 

6) Black pepper

7) leftover chicken (shredded)

8) 5-6 chopped garlic

Recipe:-

1) In a kadai or frying pan add oil, once the oil is heated add garlic and saute for 2 mins.

2) Add onion and cook it, once the onions are cooked add capsicum(let it be crunchy)

3) Than add the shredded chicken, salt ( as per your taste) black pepper and mix them.

4) Once all the ingredients are mix together properly add mayonnaise ( as per you like) and again mix it.

5) saute for 2-3 mins properly and then turn off the gas.

6) Now take bread slices (white or brown), on one side apply butter and add the mixture, cover with another slice.

7) put it in the sandwich maker or on frying pan. cook it,

And your chicken mayo sandwich is ready, believe me guys it taste soo good.
